Key Responsibilities :

1. Technical & Development :

- Design and develop Spring Boot Microservices.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs.

- Apply microservices design patterns (API Gateway, Service Discovery, Config Server).

- Implement security using JWT / OAuth2.

- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.

- Handle production issues and root cause analysis.

2. Microservices & Integration :

- Implement synchronous and asynchronous communication.

- Work with Kafka / RabbitMQ for event-driven systems.

- Manage inter-service communication and fault tolerance.

- Handle database design and data consistency.

3. Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor 35 developers.

- Perform code reviews and guide best practices.

- Assist in task planning, estimation, and delivery.

- Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams.

Required Technical Skills :

1. Mandatory :

- Java 8+

- Spring Boot (REST, Security, Data JPA)

- Microservices Architecture

- Spring Cloud (Config, Eureka, Gateway, Feign)

- REST APIs, JSON

- Hibernate / JPA

- PostgreSQL / MySQL

- Git, Maven/Gradle

2. Good to Have :

- Kafka / RabbitMQ

- Redis caching

- Docker & basic Kubernetes knowledge

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions)

- Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)

3. Preferred :

- Experience in production microservices systems.

- Agile / Scrum experience.

- Exposure to monitoring & logging tools.
