Mandatory technical & functional skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in technology advisory

- Substantial hands-on experience in Enterprise Architecture assessments, target-state architecture definition, architecture governance, transformation roadmap development

- Hands on experience with Enterprise Architecture platforms such as Ardoq, LeanIX, Alfabet, Bizzdesign or ABACUS, including repository management, capability modelling, application portfolio management and architecture reporting.

The candidate should demonstrate strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, along with experience in one or more of the following areas :

- IT Strategy & Target Operating Model

- Agile & DevOps Assessment/Transformation/Strategy

- Digital IT Transformation

- IT Organizational Design

- IT Cost Optimization

- Application Portfolio Rationalization

- Emerging Technology Strategy (eg: Generative AI)

- Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation

- Process Mapping and Gap Analysis

- Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks

Roles & responsibilities :

- Define enterprise architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, target-state blueprints and transition roadmaps; establish architecture governance frameworks, Architecture Review Boards (ARBs), design authority processes and decision-making mechanisms to guide technology investments and enable business and digital transformation.

- Facilitate architecture workshops and stakeholder discussions with business and technology leaders to validate the current state, define the target state, resolve cross-domain architecture decisions and build alignment on the transformation roadmap

- Contribute to CIO Advisory initiatives and develop new approaches to help organizations transform their technology landscape and adopt emerging technologies

- Engage business and technology stakeholders through interviews, workshops and architecture discovery sessions to understand strategic objectives, business capabilities, technology constraints and transformation priorities, and translate them into architecture requirements and decisions

- Analyze architecture and portfolio data to identify technology duplication, lifecycle risks, capability gaps, technical debt, dependencies and rationalization opportunities; support application portfolio management and technology investment prioritization through executive-level insights and visualizations

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that align with business requirements and constraints. Coordinate project activities across different teams and departments to ensure seamless execution and collaboration
