Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with Kore. ai XO Platform.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with XO 11:
- Automation AI, Search AI, Agent AI, Contact Center AI RAG, LLM integration
- NLP/NLU, Prompt Engineering
- Conversational AI & Generative AI development
- Voice AI and AI Chatbots
- Conversational Design & Agentic Platforms
- IVR integration, Contact Center integration
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Python for scripting and bot customization.
- Strong knowledge of API integration and backend connectivity (RESTful services, webhooks).
- Experience in Full Stack Development is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI Business Automation use cases across industries (e.g., healthcare, BFSI, retail, manufacturing).
- Solid understanding of security, compliance, and scalability considerations in AI deployments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience integrating with enterprise contact center solutions (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9).
- Familiarity with Agent AI and Voice Bot implementations.
- Exposure to LLM platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Vertex AI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Certification in Kore.ai XO Platform or similar Conversational AI platforms is a plus.
