KoinBX - Backend Developer - Node.js/Java

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer with 5+ years of experience to build and maintain scalable, robust, and high-performance server-side applications.

You will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to develop APIs, manage data flow, and contribute to system design decisions that enable scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs and microservices.

- Build scalable and secure backend systems using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.

- Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps to ensure seamless system integration.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.

- Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous integration/deployment.

- Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated test strategy development.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in back-end development.

- Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or .NET.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and containerization.

- Experience with Git, Agile development, and issue tracking tools.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working in product-based companies or high-scale systems.

- Exposure to message queues or event-driven architecture.

- Knowledge of container orchestration is a plus.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Familiarity with security standards like OAuth2, JWT, and data encryption
