We are seeking a skilled Python Developer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and optimizing back-end components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, debugging complex issues, and enhancing overall system performance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Write clean, efficient, and well-structured Python code for back-end modules and services.

- Test, debug, and troubleshoot applications to ensure smooth functionality and reliability.

- Develop high-performing and scalable back-end components to enhance application responsiveness.

- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best coding practices and standards.

- Maintain clear technical documentation for all developed features and APIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Python Developer.

- Strong knowledge of Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).

- Experience with API development and integration (RESTful services).

- Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Strong debugging, testing, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working in GIG/contract/project-based environments is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Experience in writing unit tests and using testing frameworks (PyTest, Unittest).

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
