Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad.

The Team Lead - Java will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance Java applications using Java 11 and above, along with modern frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.

The role will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.

The Team Lead will guide a small to medium-sized development team, driving best practices in design, development, DevOps, and code review, and will play a key role in integrating third?party systems, optimizing databases, and mentoring team members to achieve consistent, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications :

- 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development, working with Java 11 or higher.

- Strong practical experience with Java frameworks such as Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, etc.) and Hibernate.

- Proven track record in designing and developing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

- Solid experience in preparing High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) based on functional and non-functional requirements.

- Strong expertise with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle, including schema design, performance tuning, and complex queries.

- Experience in building and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services, including integration of third?party applications.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization/orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Demonstrated experience leading and managing small to medium-sized development teams, including task planning, delegation, and performance oversight.

- Hands-on experience with source code management tools and workflows using Git and/or SVN.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure and in production-critical situations.

- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and secure coding guidelines.

- Proven ability to mentor and coach junior developers, and to foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

NOTE : Looking for Candidates with More of High level Design experience Rather than just core Development.

Experience in New Product Development is preferred.
