Kinaxis Architect - RapidResponse Platform

About the Role :

We are seeking a Kinaxis Architect to design, implement, and optimise end-to-end supply-chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in supply-chain planning (S&OP, Demand, Supply & Inventory), hands-on experience with Kinaxis configuration, and the ability to lead design and integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate supply-chain requirements into scalable Kinaxis solutions.

- Configure & customise Rapid Response workbooks, dashboards and analytical models.

- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP (SAP/Oracle) and other enterprise systems via APIs or connectors.

- Conduct performance tuning, data modelling and scenario-planning.

- Provide technical guidance to development and functional teams across global projects.

- Drive adoption of best practices, governance and change-management.

- Mentor developers and consultants on Kinaxis configuration and implementation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong expertise in Kinaxis Rapid Response modules such as Supply Planning, Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimisation.

- Hands-on experience with :

• Data integration (ETL, REST APIs, SAP CPI, etc.)
• Custom workbook & dashboard development
  
• Advanced planning and scenario simulation
  

- Solid understanding of supply-chain processes and ERP data models (SAP/Oracle/JDE).

- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Kinaxis certification (preferred : Author, Administrator or Architect level).

Preferred Experience :

- Experience in Life Sciences, Manufacturing or FMCG domains.

- Exposure to AI/ML-driven forecasting or optimisation solutions (nice-to-have).
