About the Role :

As a Data Engineer at Kenko, you will be a core member of our highly analytical team.

This role is about more than just writing code; it's about building creative, scalable data solutions for our customers.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into a robust data model and building the infrastructure that powers our analytics and product features.

Role Responsibilities :


- Translate business requirements into a scalable, multi-tenant data model.

- Build and maintain dbt pipelines for data transformation.

- Develop Airflow DAGs to orchestrate and monitor ETL workflows.

- Optimize Redshift for query performance and cost efficiency.

- Implement and maintain CDC pipelines for near real-time synchronization and leverage AWS services to support the data infrastructure.

Required Qualifications :


- 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineering or related role, with a focus on building data pipelines.

- A strong engineering background and a clear passion for data and analytics.

- Fluency in SQL and hands-on experience with the AWS cloud platform.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, Redshift, or BigQuery.

- Proficiency with at least one analytics/BI tool such as Tableau, Looker, or GoodData.

Good to Have :


- An inquisitive nature in diving into data inconsistencies to pinpoint issues.

- The ability to communicate cross-functionally, derive requirements, and architect shared datasets.
