Role Overview :

We are looking for a Principal Engineer to lead system design and implementation for scalable software solutions in the industrial automation domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Golang, distributed systems, and system design, along with an understanding of industry standards and requirements within industrial automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems using Java and Golang.

- Define scalable and reliable architectures for distributed systems.

- Drive system design decisions and establish appropriate technical approaches.

- Provide technical leadership across software development and implementation initiatives.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality and scalable software solutions.

- Ensure software architecture and implementations comply with relevant industry standards in industrial automation.

- Review technical designs and implementation approaches to ensure adherence to engineering standards.

- Guide engineering teams on system design, development, and technical best practices.

- Contribute to solving complex technical challenges across the platform.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions for industrial automation use cases.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Java development.

- Strong hands-on experience with Golang.

- Expertise in Distributed Systems.

- Strong understanding of System Design and Architecture.

- Experience leading complex software design and implementation initiatives.
