Role : Principal software Engineer - Java
As a seasoned Java professional with 10+ years of experience, youll :
- Lead teamsfrom mid-size squads to large groups
- Design & deliver high-quality, scalable Java applications
- Collaborate across architecture, dev management, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure best practices and quality-first development
- Mentor and cultivate a culture of continuous learning
Key Skills & Responsibilities :
Technical Expertise :
- Java ecosystem (Java EE, Spring DI/AOP, Spring Framework)
- RESTful Web Services and Microservices (Spring Boot)
- Databases : Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server
- Real-time messaging : Kafka (or similar)
- CI/CD tools : Jenkins, GitLab
- Cloud & containerization : AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
Leadership & Methodology :
- Agile methodologies with quality and standards emphasis
- Architecture, planning, and full lifecycle implementation
- Mentoring and technical guidance
Ideal Candidate Profile :
Qualifications : B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience : 10+ years in Java/J2EE
