Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru for a Software Technical Lead.

The Software Technical Lead will oversee the development and design of software solutions, lead a team of developers, and manage all aspects of programming, including testing and database management.

Additionally, the role involves providing technical expertise, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality software delivery within established timelines.

Qualifications :

- UI lead in react with some backend exp, or who has basic UI skills and good java back end skills.

- Strong React and JavaScript expertise, responsible for designing and building intuitive user interfaces and frontend architecture.

- Strong technical leadership skills, ability to mentor developers on best practices, and experience making architectural decisions.

- Implementing and enhancing the UI Presentation Layer Framework.

- Interfacing with UX and Product Owner to detail UI requirements.

- Designing and developing responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.

- Integration with backend using RESTAPIs including coordinating and finalizing the REST APIs required.

- Troubleshooting and addressing presentation layer issues.

- Working with CSS, JS and HTML ensuring development as per standards and designing secure UI framework.

- Core Java/J2EE design and development skills.

- JavaScript.

- ReactJS Core JSX, component lifecycle, props, state management.

- React Hooks.

- Material-UI (MUI) - Component library implementation and customization.
