Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Developer, you will spearhead the integration of advanced artificial intelligence into our logistics ecosystem to solve complex supply chain challenges. You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and domain experts to design and deploy intelligent agents that automate decision-making and improve predictive accuracy. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of global trade by transforming vast amounts of logistics data into actionable insights, ensuring our platforms remain at the forefront of digital transformation in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable AI solutions using Python to automate manual logistics workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks.

- Develop sophisticated Generative AI models to enhance customer support automation and document processing within our logistics platforms.

- Build and maintain complex agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to improve the reasoning and task-execution capabilities of our internal systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI-driven features into existing enterprise applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in our product offerings and internal toolsets.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with a strong focus on building production-grade AI applications.

- Proven ability to design and implement LLM-based applications using LangChain and LangGraph frameworks.

- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, including natural language processing, prompt engineering, and vector database management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI architectures.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate within a high-performing team.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, combined with 5 - 10 years of professional experience in software development and AI implementation.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, on-site work environment at our Pune office, contributing to a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
