Should be able to work with a business team, understand the requirements, work on design & development, support testing, go-live & provide hyper care support.

This person should also act as a mentor and guide the Hyderabad person where he/she can review the work and take ownership of the deliverables.

Must Have :

- Chained Kafka Transactions : Ensures atomic writes to multiple topics using Kafka transactions

- Stateful Joins : Joins that maintain state across time or keys & Stateless Operations

- Kafka Streaming & KTable

- Kafka Intergration.

Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Communication :

- Collaborate directly with business teams to gather and analyze technical requirements.

- Translate business needs into scalable Kafka-based architectures and data streaming workflows.

Design & Development :

- Architect, design, and implement Kafka-based data pipelines, producers, consumers, and stream processing using Kafka Streams/KSQL.

- Integrate Kafka with microservices, databases, and other systems using Kafka Connect and custom connectors

Mentorship & Delivery Ownership :

- Act as a mentor and technical reviewer for team members, especially those located in the Hyderabad team.

- Take ownership of code quality, delivery timelines, and deployment best practices.

- Review and guide team members work to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Go-Live Support :

- Support the system through UAT, go-live, and hyper-care phases, ensuring stability and reliability
