About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Web Developer with strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic knowledge of React.js. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Build and maintain responsive, cross-browser-compatible web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Assist in creating interactive UI components using React.js basics.

Collaboration & Code Quality :

- Work closely with designers, backend developers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.

Performance & Optimization :

- Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

- Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs for various devices.

Learning & Growth :

- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and frameworks.

- Actively participate in code reviews and contribute to improving coding standards.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance :

- Debug and fix UI-related issues.

- Provide support in maintaining existing projects and implementing new features.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must Have :

- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Basic understanding of React.js and component-based architecture.

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and browser compatibility.

- Understanding of Git or other version control systems.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and JSON.

- Basic exposure to frontend build tools (Webpack, npm, etc.).

- Awareness of UI/UX best practices.

Education :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
