Junior Qlik Developer - Business Intelligence Solutions

Job Description :

We are looking for a Jr. Qlik Developer who is passionate about building Business Intelligence solutions and transforming data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining Qlik applications while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions.

Solution Capability :

- Design and develop dashboards and reports using Qlik Sense and QlikView.

- Build scalable and sustainable BI solutions to address business challenges.

- Support and enhance existing Qlik applications and in-house reporting tools.

- Develop and optimize data models, scripts, and visualizations.

- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure smooth system performance.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best development practices.

Business :

- Work closely with business users to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

- Support MIS reporting and continuous process improvements.

- Provide timely solutions for business and reporting-related issues.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations throughout project delivery.

- Experience in the Health Insurance domain will be an added advantage.

Cross Functional :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business intelligence solutions.

- Support data visualization initiatives and reporting enhancements.

- Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

- Ensure quality and accuracy across all reporting deliverables.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with QlikView and Qlik Sense.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced), MS Access, and MS Office Suite.

- Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools.

- Good understanding of data visualization and dashboard design principles.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Qlik Development, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.

- Experience in the Health Insurance domain is preferred.
