About the Role :

We are seeking a Junior FlexPLM Developer with 4 - 6 years of IT experience, including at least 2 years of experience in PTC FlexPLM or similar PLM tools. The candidate will support the development, customization, configuration, and maintenance of FlexPLM solutions while working closely with senior developers and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the development and customization of PTC FlexPLM applications.

- Configure and support core FlexPLM modules including Product Specification, Materials Management, and BOM.

- Develop and enhance Java/J2EE components, basic workflows, forms, and validations.

- Perform bug fixing, minor enhancements, and L2/L3 support activities.

- Support data loading, migration, and data cleanup activities.

- Modify UI components using JSP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Assist with integration support between FlexPLM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

- Collaborate with QA teams for unit testing and defect resolution.

- Prepare technical documentation and maintain code comments.

- Troubleshoot application issues using logs and debugging tools.

Tech Stack & Requirements :

- 4 - 6 years of overall IT experience with 2+ years of experience in FlexPLM or similar PLM tools.

- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Java/J2EE and JSP/Servlets.

- Familiarity with FlexPLM configuration and customization concepts.

- Basic knowledge of Windchill, SQL, and Oracle Database.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Exposure to Retail, Apparel, Footwear, or Consumer Goods domains is preferred.

- Basic understanding of Product Lifecycle Management processes.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git or SVN.

- Exposure to support or enhancement projects.
