Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to lead the end-to-end development of our mobile application for an investigation services marketplace. The ideal candidate will excel at building high-performance, user-friendly apps for both iOS and Android, integrating complex features, and delivering a seamless mobile experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Mobile App Development :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Build intuitive interfaces and reusable UI components for iOS and Android.

- Implement features such as browsing, booking, messaging, payments, profiles, notifications, and real-time updates.

- Ensure smooth animations, responsive layouts, and high performance across devices.

- Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, handle data caching, and manage state effectively.

- Optimize app load time, bundle size, and memory usage.

- Implement offline support, background sync, and platform-specific capabilities.

- Ensure app stability through debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring.

UI/UX Implementation :

- Collaborate with designers to convert mockups into pixel-perfect screens.

- Maintain consistent branding and design system across the app.

- Implement modern styling approaches (Tailwind, Styled Components, CSS-in-JS).

- Ensure accessibility, smooth navigation flows, and a user-centric experience.

Required Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

- 810 years of experience in mobile/frontend development.

- Expert-level knowledge of React Native, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong experience with state management (Redux, Context API, Hooks).

- Solid understanding of mobile architecture, native modules, and platform integrations.

- Experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs (queries, mutations, subscriptions).

- Knowledge of GraphQL clients like Apollo/Relay/urql.

- Experience with push notifications, deep linking, and secure mobile storage.

- Familiarity with app deployment (App Store & Google Play), CI/CD, and OTA updates.

- Experience with automated testing and debugging tools.

Preferred Experience :

- Past work on marketplace, service-booking, or transactional mobile apps.

- Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.).

- User authentication, profiles, reviews, and scheduling modules.

- Real-time chat/messaging and push notification management.

- App performance monitoring and crash analytics.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and ownership mindset.

- Ability to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
