About the Role :
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to help build and enhance our next-generation AI-driven ad personalization and commerce media platform.
In this role, you will architect and implement large-scale data processing systems, build custom partner integrations, and contribute to machine learningpowered personalization features that support global brand advertising.
Youll collaborate with product, data science, and client engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions used in hundreds of millions of ad impressions daily.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain high-scale data ingestion, transformation, and real-time decisioning systems.
- Build and own custom integrations with DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, analytics platforms, and customer data APIs.
- Architect scalable services that support AI/ML-driven personalization, recommendation models, and creative automation pipelines.
- Improve performance of real-time advertising workflows such as dynamic creative rendering, content retrieval, and audience evaluation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across backend services and data pipelines.
- Partner with data science teams to productionize machine learning models, including feature engineering and model-serving components.
- Ensure reliability and low latency across distributed systems processing large volumes of events in real time.
- Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in observability, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
Required Qualifications :
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, ideally in ad tech, martech, or other data-intensive environments.
- Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Java and Scala.
- Experience with large-scale data processing using technologies like Kafka, Spark, Flink, Beam, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and partner integration frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, caching, message queues, and low-latency architectures.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases for storing high-volume datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience in the ad tech ecosystem : DCO, DSPs, CDPs, ad servers, identity graphs, event pipelines, or attribution systems.
- Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle, model deployment, feature stores, or real-time inferencing.
- Experience with creative automation, personalization engines, or rules-based decisioning systems.
- Familiarity with privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) and secure customer data handling.
- Experience with high-performance rendering systems (e., dynamic creative assembly).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and client-facing teams.
