Job Description :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence environments.

- Customize Jira workflows, fields, screens, dashboards, and reports as per business requirements.

- Implement advanced Jira automation, plugins, and integrations with other enterprise tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Slack, ServiceNow, etc.).

- Manage Jira user permissions, roles, and groups ensuring data security and compliance.

- Support migration, upgrades, and performance tuning of Jira applications.

- Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams to implement Jira best practices for project tracking and reporting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of experience in Jira Administration (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).

- Strong expertise in Jira workflows, schemes, dashboards, custom fields, filters, and automation rules.

- Hands-on experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps/plugins (ScriptRunner, BigPicture, Tempo, Zephyr, etc.).

- Proficiency in Jira REST API and scripting (Groovy, Python, or Shell scripting preferred).

- Experience integrating Jira with CI/CD pipelines and other DevOps tools.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to support Agile transformations.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Atlassian Certifications (ACP-610, ACP-620, ACP-100, etc.).

- Experience with Data Center or Cloud migrations.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and Jira Service Management configurations.
