Jira Administrator

Must Have :

- Must have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Jira.

- Proven expertise in Jira administration, including configuration and customization.

- Experience with Jira scripting and REST APIs for automation and integration.

- Proficient in developing and managing Jira plugins/add-ons.

- Ability to design and implement Jira workflows, schemes, and custom fields.

- Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Confluence integration is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement custom scripts using Jira REST APIs, ScriptRunner, or similar tools to automate and enhance Jira functionality.

- Create, manage, and support Jira plugins/add-ons to meet evolving team requirements.

- Design and optimize Jira workflows and ensure alignment with project management best practices.

- Ensure smooth integration with Confluence and Jira Service Management, enhancing collaboration and service delivery.

- Provide support and training to end users, resolve Jira-related issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs.

- Maintain system integrity, perform regular health checks, and ensure security compliance within the Jira ecosystem.
