Key Responsibilities :
- Product Strategy: Drive the end-to-end product strategy and lead the development of core features that automate sales workflows, enhance CRM integrations, and deliver AI-driven insights.
- Customer-Centric Development: Translate customer pain points into clear product requirements by conducting user research, interviews, and analyzing behavioral data.
- Roadmap Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy and feedback from sales and marketing teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure the successful delivery of features.
- Product Lifecycle Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle, including ideation, discovery, development, go-to-market launches, and post-launch iteration and performance tracking.
- Go-to-Market & Adoption: Partner with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback, support onboarding, and improve feature adoption.
- Performance & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as feature usage, user retention, and time-to-close improvements to measure product impact.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :
- Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Sales Tools: Familiarity with sales tools, including CRMs like Salesforce/HubSpot and sales engagement platforms.
Technical Acumen :
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use analytics platforms and basic SQL to understand user behavior and guide decisions.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills to articulate product vision, write detailed specs, and align stakeholders.
- Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Bonus Points :
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI.
- A technical background in Computer Science, engineering, or data science
