JDA Technical/Functional Consultant - Blue Yonder Platform

Role : JDA (Blue Yonder) Technical and Functional Consultant

Location : Pune, India

Job Summary :

Functional Consulting :

- Perform gap analysis and translate business requirements into detailed functional design documents.

- Configure and prototype JDA applications to meet client-specific needs.

- Conduct user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.

- Provide functional support during and after go-live, and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT).

Technical Consulting :

- Design, develop, and test technical solutions, including integrations, extensions, and reports using JDA's technical tools.

- Work with technologies such as SQL, PL/SQL, Unix scripting, and other relevant programming languages to develop and maintain solutions.

- Perform data migration, data loading, and ensure data integrity within the JDA environment.

- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

- Manage code deployments and adhere to best practices for source control and release management.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 3 to 7 years of professional experience in JDA/Blue Yonder implementations or support.

- Deep functional knowledge of one or more JDA/Blue Yonder modules is essential.

- Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting languages (e.g., Unix Shell).

- Experience with supply chain planning and/or execution processes.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with global teams
