- Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of Java-based applications.

- Architect and build microservices using Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.

- Define and implement API design, design patterns, and best engineering practices.

- Perform code reviews, provide coding guidance, and drive performance tuning and optimization.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, scalability, and security.

- Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices for seamless deployments.

- Mentor and guide developers, fostering strong technical excellence within the team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, provide technical insights, and communicate effectively.

- Leverage AWS/Azure cloud services for application design and deployment.

- Apply domain expertise to build high-availability and secure solutions for the banking/financial sector.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1012 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, and Microservices architecture.

- Proficiency in API design, design patterns, and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).

- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling.

- Excellent coding, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

- Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

- Banking/financial domain knowledge is a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)

- Working knowledge of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)

- Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
