We are looking for an experienced Java Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of network management and orchestration solutions across wireless LAN environments. This role requires a deep understanding of backend development, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and large-scale distributed systems. You will lead a high-performing team and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and performance-optimized solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of network management and orchestration solutions using Java and/or Go.

- Design and build cloud-native applications and microservices for wireless LAN device management using AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Develop high-performance, scalable systems for real-time Wi-Fi network management, including device onboarding, client provisioning, and performance optimization.

- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with network devices, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

- Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases to manage network data, telemetry, metrics, and configuration states effectively.

- Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent messaging platforms to handle real-time orchestration tasks.

- Drive CI/CD and DevOps practices to enable efficient and automated deployment cycles.

- Optimize backend systems for low-latency, high-throughput environments, particularly in wireless networking

scenarios.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues involving distributed systems, device connectivity, and network performance.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a high standard of engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Programming : Deep hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+) and/or Go for developing scalable backend applications.

- Cloud & Microservices : Strong proficiency in cloud-native architectures and services offered by AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.

- Databases : Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch), including indexing, performance tuning, and data modeling.

- Messaging Systems : Practical experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ for enabling real-time data flow in distributed applications.

- CI/CD & DevOps : Familiar with tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, and infrastructure-as-code tools for building scalable CI/CD pipelines.

- Agile Delivery : Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum, Kanban) with strong task management and collaboration skills.

- Performance Optimization : Proven ability to analyze and optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and resiliency.

- API Engineering : Expertise in building, documenting, and testing RESTful APIs for integration with wired/wireless devices and cloud services.
