We are looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our IT team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be a Full Stack Developer with strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical expertise, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement web applications using Java technologies.

- Apply logical thinking and provide effective technical solutions.

- Work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical tasks.

- Mentor and guide junior developers on technical aspects and project tasks.

- Participate in all phases of the Project Life Cycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7 to 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Java Developer.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in web development with AngularJS.

- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate.

- Experience with WSDL, REST, SOAP web services, XML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JBoss, Adobe CQ5 DAM.

- Hands-on experience with WebLogic 11g/12c.

- Experience with Oracle Database and strong SQL query and procedure writing skills.

- Familiarity with Skylab and Cloud technologies is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
