10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based engineering :

- Extensive hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying large-scale, high-performance applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Proven expertise in developing robust microservices architectures with strong emphasis on scalability, security, and maintainability.

Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed architecture :

Deep knowledge of relational database concepts, query optimization, indexing strategies, and schema design in PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with distributed systems, high-availability setups, and scaling strategies to support mission-critical applications.

- Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native tools :

- Experience working with modern DevOps practices such as automated CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and cloud-native technologies.

- Ability to streamline development workflows, improve deployment reliability, and ensure operational excellence.

Experience with Kafka or similar middleware technologies :

- Hands-on experience in building event-driven systems and integrating message-oriented middleware such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ.

- Skilled in designing distributed messaging pipelines, ensuring data durability, and managing real-time data streams.

Excellent communication, curiosity, and confidence to speak up and lead discussions :

- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate technical concepts clearly, and drive architectural discussions.

- Demonstrates curiosity, proactive problem solving, and the ability to influence decision-making.

Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities :

- Proven aptitude for solving complex technical problems using structured thinking and mathematical concepts.
