- Web server and application server administration and web applications deployment experience

- Experience on middle-ware / application Server and other relevant technologies including Oracle /Microsoft / WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss, JRun, Tomcat

- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies

- Understanding of system security, including encryption standards, SEIM and network segregation

- Able to create delivery plan for enhancements and track with team to closure

- Excellent verbal and written communication skill, ability to speak with customer, understand the tasks, share actions and handle escalations

- A team player with a to do attitude for delivering the assigned work.

- Should be ready to do hands on work for any new feature, PoC, client ask where needed
