Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Java Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices while mentoring development teams and ensuring engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and develop scalable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.

- Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Implement containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Conduct code reviews, establish coding standards, and mentor development teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.

- Drive Agile development practices and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Strong knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

- Database expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and Redis.

- Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.

- Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Industry Experience :
