Java Technical Lead - Microservices Architecture

Job Title : Technical Lead - Java / Spring Boot.

Experience Required : 7 - 10 years overall, with at least 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.

Location : Mumbai.

Role Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end SDLC, designing scalable architectures, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to production deployment and go-live.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, DevOps, and other technical tracks.

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.

- Implement and enforce best practices, design patterns, and coding standards.

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices and event-driven architectures.

- Ensure optimal integration of RDBMS and NoSQL databases within applications.

- Oversee CI/CD processes and deployments using Jenkins and Docker.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Core Skills & Technologies :

- Frameworks : Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring AOP.

- Databases : PostgreSQL (RDBMS), Cassandra, MongoDB (NoSQL).

- Cache : Redis, Elastic.

- Messaging : Kafka, MQ.

- Architecture : Enterprise Architecture, Microservices, Event-Driven, Data-Driven Systems.

- CI/CD Tools : Jenkins, Docker.

- Design & Architecture : Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architecture

principles.

- Monitoring tools : ELK, Prometheus, Grafana.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to large-scale distributed systems.

- Exposure to any of cloud provider [GCP, AWS, Azure].

Qualifications :

- 7 - 10 years of software development experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical

leadership role.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software on time.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
