Job Title : Java Lead

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Lead to oversee application design, development, and delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Java, leadership capabilities, and experience guiding teams through complex projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

- Drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality processes.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements.

- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure high-quality output.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose adoption where relevant.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Hibernate/JPA.

- Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture & RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc.).

- Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (Angular/React) is an advantage.
