Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of backend microservices and reusable libraries.

- Work with internal teams to architect modern solutions across cloud-native environments.

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and high-performance code with rigorous testing.

- Apply DevOps, SRE, and Agile best practices to shorten delivery cycles and improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and guide engineers toward structured and robust solutions.

- Enable continuous improvement by reducing waste and enhancing engineering processes.

- Support integration and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions.

Requirements :

- Strong experience in Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, REST, and Microservices architecture.

- Proven expertise in cloud environments (preferably GCP), Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD (Jenkins/Harness).

- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.

- Experience with Kafka or event-driven architectures and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).

- Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, component, BDD).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams while delivering scalable solutions.
