Java Technical Lead

Job Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems leveraging Azure services.

- Develop and maintain robust applications using Java and Spring Boot, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Apply a strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and serverless computing in solution design.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other teams to translate business requirements into

technical specifications and ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to foster their technical growth and ensure code quality.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the application stack and Azure environment, providing timely and effective resolutions.

Required Qualifications :

- 8-12 years of proven experience working with Java, Spring Boot, and Azure services.

- Hands-on experience in cloud-based application development.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns, microservices, and serverless computing.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.

- Experience in designing highly available, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems on Azure.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Familiarity with mocking and unit testing frameworks.
