Java Technical Architect - Spring/Hibernate

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java, Microservices, Cloud, and System Architecture, with proven experience in external integrations, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires strong leadership in defining technology standards, driving best practices, and guiding teams in delivering robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architecture & Design :

- Establish coding standards, design patterns, and best practices across teams.

- Drive system integrations, external API integrations, and mobile app backend architecture.

Technical Leadership :

- Lead technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and integration strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, DevOps, QA, security, product).

Microservices & Cloud Expertise :

- Lead deployment strategies on AWS/Azure with a focus on scalability and cost efficiency.

- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery strategies.

CI/CD & DevOps :

- Ensure continuous testing, automated deployment, and monitoring.

- Guide teams in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Security & Compliance :

- Ensure secure coding practices, data protection, and regulatory compliance.

- Conduct security reviews and lead remediation strategies.

Performance & Optimization :

- Optimize system throughput, response time, and overall performance.

Key Skills & Technologies :

- Core Skills : Java, Spring, Microservices, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate

- Messaging : Kafka (preferred)

- Cloud : AWS / Azure (deployment, scaling, monitoring)

- DevOps : CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Version Control : Git

- Security : Application Security, Compliance Standards, Secure Coding.

Nice to Have :

- Expertise in system performance tuning & optimization.

- Experience in large-scale enterprise system integrations.

Required Experience & Qualifications :

- 4+ years as a Java Microservices Architect / Solution Architect.

- Strong understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proven expertise in external integrations, cloud-native solutions, and enterprise-grade systems.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
