Position : Java Technical Architect.

Location : Hyderabad Day one onsite.

Terms : Contract to Hire (After 4 Months fulltime with Direct Client).

We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, AWS Cloud Services, and React, along with strong architectural and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end application architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with business goals.

- Design and implement complex systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and cloud-native principles.

- Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to development teams throughout the SDLC.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, integration strategies, and technical roadmaps.

- Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.

- Oversee front-end architecture and integration using React, ensuring seamless and responsive user experiences.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system performance and development efficiency.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions to improve system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java/J2EE technologies.

- Strong expertise in Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Cloud.

- Proven experience in designing microservices architecture and distributed systems.

- Solid understanding and implementation experience with AWS Cloud Services.

- Proficiency in React and modern JavaScript frameworks for front-end development.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, design patterns, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

- Ability to mentor teams and drive complex technical initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications :

- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or DevOps Engineer).

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or other cloud-native technologies.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project environments.
