We are seeking an accomplished Java Technical Architect with 9+ years of experience to play a pivotal role in shaping architectural strategies, designing, and delivering innovative technical solutions. You will be instrumental in leveraging Spring Boot, DevOps practices, and Full Stack Java development to create scalable, high-quality applications that are meticulously aligned with business objectives. This is a permanent position where your leadership and expertise will drive technical excellence and guide development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement high-quality, scalable, and efficient technical solutions primarily utilizing the Spring Boot framework, incorporating robust DevOps practices, and driving Full Stack Java development.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, business analysts, and other engineering disciplines, to ensure technical solutions precisely meet business requirements and strictly adhere to defined architectural guidelines.

- Take a leading role in defining comprehensive technical architecture, best practices, and coding standards for all Spring Boot, DevOps solutions, and Full Stack Java projects.

- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them effectively in the implementation of complex solutions and expertly troubleshooting challenging technical issues.

- Continuously evaluate and recommend cutting-edge tools, technologies, and frameworks to significantly enhance the delivery, performance, and overall quality of technical solutions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews, perform detailed performance analysis, and ensure strict adherence to established coding standards and robust security practices across all development efforts.

Required Skills :

- 9+ years of professional experience in Java development, with a significant portion in an architectural or lead capacity.

- Proficient in Spring Boot framework for building and deploying production-grade applications.

- Strong expertise in DevOps solutions, including Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code principles.

- Extensive experience in Full Stack Java development, encompassing both backend and frontend technologies such as Angular or React.

- Solid understanding of core design principles, architectural patterns, and cloud technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Relevant certifications in Spring Boot, DevOps, or Full Stack Java.
