We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager / Tech Lead to drive project delivery, manage high-performing teams, and ensure technical excellence. The role involves leading engineering projects end-to-end, shaping strategy, working closely with clients, and fostering innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Delivery & Governance : Own engineering project delivery (scope, timelines, quality). Define standards, enforce best practices, and manage risks.

- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; oversee performance reviews, hiring, and career development.

- Stakeholder & Client Management : Partner with customers, product, and sales teams to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Strategy & Pre-Sales : Support pre-sales engagements with technical expertise, solution design, and proposals. Align engineering roadmap with business goals.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive process optimization, adopt new tools/technologies, and promote innovation to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 7+ years in software engineering, 3+ years in team/engineering management.

- Technical Expertise : Strong in software architecture, Agile, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, CI/CD, version control (Git).

- Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams in a collaborative environment.

- Client Engagement : Strong customer orientation with experience translating requirements into engineering deliverables.

- Education : Bachelors/masters in computer science or engineering; certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, TOGAF) preferred.

Preferred :

- Experience managing large-scale, complex projects.

- Pre-sales and technical consulting exposure.

- Hands-on knowledge of DevOps, Docker/Kubernetes, and security/compliance in system design.
