JOB DESCRIPTION :
Responsibilities :
- Provide L2/L3 support for Java-based applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, server, and performance issues
- Monitor application logs and identify root causes
- Work closely with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
- Handle incident management, problem management, and change requests
- Ensure system stability and uptime
- Maintain documentation for issues and resolutions
- Provide support during production deployments and releases
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java, J2EE
- Understanding of Spring / Spring Boot (preferred)
- Experience with SQL (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands
- Familiarity with application servers (Tomcat, WebLogic, etc.)
- Basic understanding of REST APIs / Microservices
- Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in production support environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Exposure to monitoring tools like Splunk, ELK
Educational Qualification :
- B.Tech / B.E / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS)
- (Optional : 80%+ in 10th & 12th if required as per hiring criteria)
Key Competencies :
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in shifts (if required)
- Team player with a proactive approach
