Java Solution Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Solution Specialist to design, develop, and optimize robust backend systems using Core Java technologies. The role focuses exclusively on backend development, solution design, and performance-driven Java implementations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building scalable, secure, and maintainable backend solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop backend solutions using Core Java with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient Java-based backend solutions.

- Architect and implement reusable, modular, and maintainable Java components.

- Optimize application performance through efficient memory management, multithreading, and JVM tuning.

- Ensure high code quality through best practices, coding standards, and code reviews.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex backend issues and production defects.

- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end backend solutions.

- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design documents, and backend architecture diagrams.

- Ensure backend applications adhere to security, compliance, and data integrity standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives, including refactoring and technical debt reduction.

Required Skills & Competencies :

- Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8 or above).

- In-depth understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and data structures.

- Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, collections, and exception handling.

- Strong knowledge of JVM internals, memory management, and performance optimization.
