Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Platforms, Event-Driven Architecture, and modern DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise applications.

- Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance Microservices.

- Mentor and guide development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Define integration strategies using REST APIs, API Gateway, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

- Implement secure application architecture using OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and API security best practices.

- Design highly available and distributed application architectures.

- Build cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Ansible.

- Drive containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Perform JVM performance tuning and application optimization.

- Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and observability frameworks.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable technical solutions.

- Evaluate architectural trade-offs and recommend optimal technology solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

- Backend & Architecture : Java 17/21 (Java 21 preferred), Spring Boot 3.x, Collections Framework, Concurrency & Multithreading, JVM Internals & Performance Tuning, Virtual Threads, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, API Gateway.

- Security : OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, API Security, Encryption & Decryption, Data Validation, Privacy Standards.

- Messaging & Event Streaming : Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Event-Driven Architecture, Batch Processing.

- DevOps & Cloud : Jenkins or Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS / Azure / GCP, CI/CD Pipelines.

- Front-End Exposure : React or Angular, TypeScript, CSS3.

- Database : SQL Databases, NoSQL Databases.

Required Experience :

- 10 to 12 years of software development experience.

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Java applications.

- Strong architecture and technical leadership experience.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.
