Java Solution Architect

About the Role :

We are looking for a Practice Lead Solution Architect to lead technology solutioning and practice growth initiatives across enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing scalable, cloud-native architectures, leading pre-sales solutioning, and guiding technical teams across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for client engagements across cloud, application modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to define architecture strategies, proposals, and solution blueprints.

- Drive practice growth by identifying new service offerings, reusable frameworks, and best practices.

- Engage with customers to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to solution architects and senior engineers within the team.

- Ensure solutions adhere to security, performance, and compliance standards.

- Work closely with sales, delivery, and partner ecosystem to drive innovation and technology adoption.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 12 to 18 years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years in solution architecture and practice leadership roles in Java technologies.

- Hands-on expertise in Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP), Microservices, API-led architectures, and DevOps practices.

- Proven experience in application modernization, data platform architecture, or integration solutions.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).

- Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
