Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Java Developer with 6- 12 years of hands-on experience in designing and building scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and related technologies, and a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

This role demands technical leadership, collaboration, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust, scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and microservices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.

- Integrate third-party APIs and services.

- Maintain documentation and contribute to technical standards and best practices.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Deep experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security).

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.

- Experience with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (React, Angular) is a plus.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
