Key Responsibilities :

- Core Development : Design, develop, and enhance robust backend services using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

- API Management : Build, secure, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs to support the evolving application ecosystem.

- Agile Participation : Engage actively in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Business Users, Solution Architects, and Team Leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Code Quality : Perform thorough peer code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and adherence to engineering standards.

- Feature Delivery : Own the end-to-end delivery of new feature enhancements aligned with immediate business priorities.

- Problem Solving : Actively participate in technical discussions and contribute to architectural decision-making and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience :

- 5+ years of professional backend development experience with a focus on Java.

- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot (Core, MVC, Data, Security).

- Proven track record of developing and integrating scalable RESTful APIs.

- Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks and a solid understanding of the SDLC.

- Mastery of Clean Code, Design Patterns, and automated testing.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and technical levels.
