Java Software Engineer - Microservices Architecture

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.

- Work on backend modules, APIs, and integration services.

- Collaborate with teams to understand business requirements and translate them into

technical solutions.

- Maintain and enhance existing PHP applications, ensuring smooth functionality and

performance.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in both Java and PHP.

- Implement best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues across Java and PHP

modules.

- Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases across Java/PHP ecosystems.

- Contribute to automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support when required.

Required Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- Experience with PHP, preferably Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP.

- Understanding of Microservices architecture is a plus.

- Experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI integration.

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Gradle).

- Good understanding of API design, security, and authentication (JWT/OAuth).
