Java/React.js Developer - Production Support

Job Summary :

We are looking for a talented and proactive Java + React Developer with strong production support experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development using Java, frontend using React.js, and be capable of managing and troubleshooting issues in a live production environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

- Provide L2/L3 production support for web applications - troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving critical issues.

- Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement performance optimizations.

- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment and continuous integration.

- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and incident reports.

- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management during critical production issues.

Technical Skills Required :

- Java (Core + Spring Boot) - Strong backend development experience.

- React.js - Proficient in building responsive UI components.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.

- Familiar with tools like JIRA, Git, Postman, and Jenkins.

- Good understanding of logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).

- Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands for log analysis and server maintenance.
