Job Description :

- Good SQL skills.

- Should be able to write basic SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.

- Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace.

- L2 PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools).

- Good and confident communication skills.

- Must to have Java, DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins).

- Good to have Cloud knowledge and automation tools like Chef, Puppet/XLR.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide Level 2 production support for Java-based applications running on Linux environments

- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution for application issues

- Analyze logs, monitor performance, and identify system or application errors using Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools

- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams for issue resolution and release deployments

- Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins

- Perform routine maintenance tasks and validate application stability post-deployment

- Write and execute SQL queries to analyze and troubleshoot data-related issues

- Follow ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and use tools like ServiceNow

- Ensure system uptime, performance, and reliability within defined SLAs

- Prepare support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
