Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using Java and related technologies.

- Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, QA, DevOps, business analysts) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills & Expertise :

- Core Java & Advanced Java : Strong hands-on expertise with OOPs, Multithreading, Collections, Exception Handling, and Generics.

- Frameworks : Proven experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.

- Microservices & RESTful APIs : Experience in designing and building scalable REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Front-End Understanding : Exposure to Angular/React (preferred for collaboration with UI teams).

- Databases : Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).

- Cloud & Tools : Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes.

- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, and ability to handle client interactions.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of performance tuning, security practices, and design patterns.
