About the Role :

We are hiring a Java Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot who can lead development teams, drive architectural decisions, and deliver robust microservices-based applications. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical depth and team management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of backend developers and ensure code quality through reviews and mentoring

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and secure Java-based applications

- Own the architecture and implementation of enterprise-level solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning and delivery

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments

Must-Have Skills :

- Core Java (Java 8/11/17) : Streams, Lambdas, Multithreading, Executors, Completable Future

- Spring Boot : Security, OAuth, JWT, AOP, Logging

- Microservices architecture & Design Patterns

- RDBMS & JPA (Joins, One-to-Many, Many-to-One), Redis

- Messaging : Kafka or similar platforms

- DevOps : CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)

- Testing : JUnit, Mockito, TDD

- Code Review and Version Control (Git, Maven)

Good to Have :

- Experience in Fintech/BFSI domain

- Knowledge of Reactive Programming or Event-Driven Architecture
