Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Java Lead with strong technical expertise in Java technologies and mobile application development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, guiding technical solutions, managing project deliveries, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion.

This role requires both hands-on technical skills and leadership capabilities to drive complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Java applications using Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and related frameworks.

- Review technical documents, design artefacts, and code to ensure compliance with best practices and project requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, resolving complex technical challenges.

- Oversee deployment and cluster application architecture to ensure scalability and reliability.

Project Management :

- Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects.

- Assign tasks to team members, manage workloads, and monitor project timelines and deliverables.

- Interface with clients daily to proactively address project-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage production support and maintenance activities, ensuring high availability and performance of applications.

Mobile Application Development :

- Hands-on experience in mobile application design and development using Android Studio, Kony Visualizer, and Kony Mobile Fabric.

- Ensure mobile security best practices are implemented in all applications.

- Provide technical direction for mobile application architecture, development, and deployment.

Collaboration & Communication :

- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements.

- Foster a collaborative environment within the team to enhance productivity and innovation.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-10 years of experience in Java development and technical leadership.

- Strong proficiency in Java J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Core, Spring MVC, and related technologies.

- Hands-on experience with mobile application development using Android Studio, Kony Visualizer, and Kony Mobile Fabric.

- Experience with application deployment, cluster architecture, and mobile security.

- Proven experience in leading teams, managing deliveries, and handling client interactions.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

- Familiarity with performance optimization and monitoring tools for enterprise applications.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
