About the Role :

iO Associates is looking for a Java Lead Engineer with 8+ Years of experience to guide a Scrum team (15-18 engineers) in developing scalable, cloud-native applications.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing Agile team in developing enterprise-grade applications.

- Design and build scalable, cloud-based solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

- Drive software quality and best practices (OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns).

- Champion modern cloud architectures and microservices.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on Java experience (Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes).

- Mandatory experience in the travel industry.

- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

- Proven experience in leading Agile teams (8+ engineers).

- Expertise in event-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
