We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead to drive enterprise-grade application development and lead high-performing engineering teams. The role requires strong technical expertise across backend and frontend technologies, combined with leadership capabilities to design scalable systems and deliver complex projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in modern architectures, cloud-native development, and team management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- The candidate will lead end-to-end application development using Java (version 17 or above), Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.

- They will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, secure, and resilient systems aligned with enterprise standards.

- The role involves driving frontend development using Angular (version 17 or above) or React and ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

- The candidate will define and implement best practices across system design, coding standards, and deployment strategies.

- They will lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

- The role also includes driving DevOps practices, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and enabling cloud-native application development.

- They will work on API-first design approaches, containerization strategies, and cloud modernization initiatives.

- Collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and cross-functional units is essential to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills :

- The candidate must have strong experience in the Java ecosystem, including Java 17 or above, Spring Boot, and REST API development.

- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as Angular (version 17 or above) or React is required.

- They should have expertise in system design, distributed systems, and design patterns.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is essential, along with hands-on exposure to containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions is required.

- The candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain is preferred.

- The candidate must also have proven experience in leading teams and managing large-scale engineering initiatives.

Good to Have :

- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ will be an advantage.

- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace is desirable.

- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is also beneficial.
